I’ve noticed that there are a lot of “brick and mortar” companies that have always depended on things like print ads and yellow pages who now want me to create them a website. It’s no secret that any company who doesn’t have a web presence is not exploring their full marketing potential.

On the web, you have a captive audience and, based on how interactive and useful your site is, you can have more of their attention than a one-on-one with a salesman. The customer is able to find the information the want/need and leave whenever they want to. They feel more comfortable and more in control.

TIP: Take a look at your site once in a while (with a fresh eye) and make sure that the style and navigation are intuitive enough to attract and keep customers.
